Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning as described in your quote, scope, or written agreement. Service details (frequency, rooms, exclusions, supplies, access instructions) should be confirmed before the appointment.

Quotes and scheduling

Quotes and website information are for general guidance. Final pricing may depend on walk-through, property condition, scope changes, or travel. We will confirm material details before service when needed.

Access and safety

You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the property and to disclose hazards (for example, biohazards, pests, or unsafe conditions). We may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or outside agreed scope.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated at booking. Repeated late cancellations may affect future scheduling.

Payment

Payment terms (due date, method, deposits) will be stated in your invoice, quote, or agreement. Late payments may incur fees where permitted by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, delicate or unstable items not disclosed, or issues caused by faulty building systems.
